Where should i leave the bike, if all bike stands at the station are occupied? answer

Don't worry. Leve the bike next to the parked ones and finish your ride (rental) by closing the ROOVEE LOCK CONTROL. Propp your bike up by it's kickstand making sure to uphold the rules of public order and to not hinder pedestrians and other users movements.
Do I have to leave the bika at the dedicated bike station? answer
Yes, the bike has to be returdned to one of the 17 designated bike stations at the time of ending the ride by closing the ROOVEE LOCK CONTROL. Leaving the bike and ending the rental outside the designated bike stations will result in an additional fees which are listed in the pricing table of the Terms and Conditions of the SUWER city bike rental system, which is:
- 100 zł for leaving the bike (regular, tandem, electric) outside the designated bike stations in the SUWER system's operating area (in the Suwałki's city limits);
- 500 zł for leaving the bike (regular, tandem, electric) outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (up to 10 km);
- 1000 zł for leaving the bike (regular, tandem, electric) outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (more than 10 km);
Can I start a ride without having the mobile app? answer:

Yes, you can. You can do it by sending a SMS with following message: bike_number", eg. "start 1234567", at the number +48 500 70 70 70. You can also start a ride via a special telecode. Contatct our Customer Service at 22 300 51 19 / 88 77 66 833 to do so
Can I leave the bike in a enclosed area or in a forest or park? answer
The bike has to be returned in one of the 17 designated bike stations while ending the ride by locking the ROOVEE LOCK CONTROL. Leaving the bike and ending the rental outside the designated bike station will result in an additional fees which are listed in the pricing table of the Terms and Conditions of the SUWER city bike rental system, which is:
- 100 zł for leaving the bike outside the designated bike stations in the SUWER system's operating area (in the Suwałki's city limits);
- 500 zł for leaving the bike outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (up to 10 km);
- 1000 zł for leaving the bike outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (more than 10 km);
Can I leave the bike propped by eg. a tree, a pole, a building or in a horizontal position? answer

Remember to leave the bike at a designated bike stand, and when there are no unoccupied just prop the bike by it's kickstand next to other parked ones making sure to uphold the rules of public order and to not hinder pedestrians and other users movements.
What is the basket's maximum encumbrance? answer

Basket's maximum encumbrance is 5kg
How to turn on the bike's lights? answer

The lights are controlled electronically and they turn on by itself after dusk.
Are the bikes equipped with a derailleur? answer

Regular and electric are equipped with a 3-gear derailleur. Tandem bikes have seven gears.
Can I leave the bike outside the bike station? answer
The bike has to be returned in one of the 17 designated bike stations while ending the ride by locking the ROOVEE LOCK CONTROL. Leaving the bike and ending the rental outside the designated bike station will result in an additional fees which are listed in the pricing table of the Terms and Conditions of the SUWER city bike rental system, which is:

Can I leave the SUWER area on the bike? answer

You can use the rented bike in the Suwałki's city limits (SUWER system's operation zone) and outside the city borders. Remember, that the rented bike has to be returned at any of the designated bike stations.
Can I leave my bike outside of the SUWER operation zone? answer
The bike has to be returned in one of the 17 designated bike stations while ending the ride by locking the ROOVEE LOCK CONTROL. Leaving the bike and ending the rental outside the designated operation zone will result in an additional fees which are listed in the pricing table of the Terms and Conditions of the SUWER city bike rental system, which is:
- 500 zł for leaving the bike outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (up to 10 km);
- 1000 zł for leaving the bike outside of the SUWER system's operating ara (more than 10 km);
